I subscribed but don't see Premium: Open My Account and tap Just subscribed? Refresh access. Still missing? Log out and back in. If that doesn't do it, email us from the address you signed up with.
How do I cancel or update my card?: Open My Account and tap Manage Subscription to reach the secure Stripe billing page. Cancel anytime; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How much is Premium?: $17.99 per month, no contract. See everything it includes on Plans.

When do projections update?: Throughout the day as news breaks. When newer numbers are ready, the optimizer shows New projections · Update next to the slate; tap it to load them without losing your locks. How we build them: Our Projections.
Why is a player projected at 0?: He's projected out: listed Out on the official NBA injury report, or ruled out by our sources. A 0 keeps him out of every lineup.
My lineup CSV won't upload: Export from the Lineups tab and upload it on DraftKings or FanDuel for the same slate you built on. If the site rejects it, email us the slate name and the error message and we'll fix it.
Do you have an API?: Yes, projections are available by API. See Developers.
